What areas do you service?

Our primary service area is Olympia/Tumwater/Lacey, but we cover all Thurston County. Due to the high number of inquiries, we are not taking on jobs outside of Thurston County at this time, but as our team grows, so will our service area. How does your pricing work?

Almost all jobs are priced by the project rather than hourly. The main exception is when someone wants to hire for general miscellaneous labor rather than a specific project or repair. Our general labor rate starts at $90/hr.

Do you have a service minimum?

Yes, our service minimum is $300.

Do you require a deposit?

Accepted Answer

Yes, all jobs require a 25-50% deposit before work begins, depending on the project and material costs.

Can I provide my own materials?

Accepted Answer

Clients may provide and handle their own materials as long as we can confirm quality and suitability of materials for the work at hand, as well as sufficient quantities. A percentage-based fee will be charged if client provides materials. Feel free to ask for more details when you reach out for a work request!

How long is the price in my estimate valid?

Accepted Answer

Your estimate expires 2 weeks after it is sent. If you approve the estimate and pay the required deposit within that 2 week window, your price is locked in, regardless of how far out the work is scheduled.

Do you offer a warranty on your work?

Of course! We guarantee our work for 2 years after completion date.
